1. JSM Counter (for urgent matters within Klang Valley)

You may purchase the MS directly through our counter in Cyberjaya:

• Address: Knowledge Management Center, Level 1, Department of Standards Malaysia, Tower 1, Menara Cyber Axis, Jalan Impact, Cyber 6, 63000 Cyberjaya, Selangor.

• Payment Methods: Debit or credit cards.
• Process: You shall receive your document immediately after payment has been made through email.
• Security: Please double-check your watermark. We will email you the document's password.

2. Email (outside Klang Valley)

Please complete the Google Form via the link provided below.

• Payment Method: Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT).
• Process: We will issue a quotation and an invoice based on your submission.
• Important Note: The process of receiving your document will take up to five (5) working days after the receipt has been issued (softcopy only).
• Security: Please double-check your licensing as we will not make any amendments after payment has been made. We will inform you of the document's password via email.

NOTE: We would like to inform that there will be NO hardcopy documents available to purchase at the moment until further notice. We will keep you updated regarding this matter. Whilst, you can still proceed to purchase our document in softcopy.
