- Malaysian
- 18 years and above
- Have a Malaysian Certificate of Education (SPM) with at least credits in Bahasa Malaysia or other qualifications recognized as equivalent by the Government of Malaysia

General Criteria
- Minimum academic qualification - SPM or Diploma/STPM
- Have a good command in Malay Language and English Language;
- ICT and MS Office skills;
- Writing skills;
- Staying around Cyberjaya/Putrajaya/Dengkil/Sepang/Seri kembangan/Puchong (preferred); and
- Overall good health
Specific Criteria
- Diploma/Degree in Information Technology or Science Computer or related;
- Diploma in Administration/Management/Accounting/Finance and so on.
