Untuk makluman, Jabatan Standard Malaysia merupakan jabatan di bawah Kementerian Perdagangan Antarabangsa dan Industri (MITI). Jabatan ini menggunapakai akaun Kementerian Perdagangan Antarabangsa dan Industri (MITI) bagi menerima bayaran inbois perkhidmatan Akreditasi. Butiran adalah seperti dibawah:-

Terdapat kes-kes tertentu melibatkan bank yang menggunakan Cash Management System (CMS) dan Bisnes ID di atas ditolak oleh pihak bank. Justeru sila abaikan Bisnes ID tersebut semasa membuat bayaran. Sekiranya tiada pilihan lain sila jelaskan semua bayaran melalui bank draf atau cek dan dihantar terus ke Jabatan ini melalui perkhidmatan pos.

 

 

NOTIFICATION ON THE ISSUANCE OF INVOICE FROM STANDARDS MALAYSIA USING iGFMAS SYSTEM
 

Please be informed that effective from 01st August 2019, Standards Malaysia will be using the Government Financial Management Accounting System (iGFMAS) for issuance of its official invoices.

Through this system, all invoices will be issued in soft copy and sent through email.

No hard copy of invoices will be provided.

The method of payment remains the same.

As the invoices will be sent through email, we would like to seek your cooperation to:

  1. provide a valid email address to whom the invoices should be addressed to, and to inform your accreditation officer of this email address so that we can update our database accordingly; and

  1. ensure any changes of your email address are notified to your accreditation officer as soon as possible to avoid any inconvenience in the future.


For those who require Standards Malaysia to send the invoices through their system, please inform and provide us the link and the manual for our guidance so that the invoices can be successfully sent through your system.

Standards Malaysia shall not be held responsible for any undelivered invoices in the event of the email address and/ or the link and the manual of your system, provided to us are inaccurate.

We would also like to remind your kind self to email us the payment advice/remittance advice or proof of payment once payment has been made.
