MIBAS Fees Schedule
 

(Effective 1st January 1994)

1. Application Fees** For One Field For Each Additional Field
a) New application RM 3,500.00 RM 200.00
Calculation: Total fees to be paid RM 3,500 +(n*-1) RM 200.00
b) Application for Expansion of scope within the same field Addition of new field
RM 200.00 for each field RM 200.00 for each additional field
On getting accreditation, for First Year and Yearly Renewal
2. Annual/Renewal Fees For One Field For Each Additional Field
  RM 3,000.00 RM 200.00
Calculation: Total fees to be paid RM 3,000 +(n*-1) RM 200.00
3. Other Fees
a) Assessment Fees RM 600.00 per assessment visit
b) Additional Assessment Fees(at the request of the laboratory) RM 600.00 per assessment visit
c) Payment for replacement of certificates RM 100.00 for per replaced certificates
4. Overseas assessors contracted by Standards Malaysia (decision of 10th MAC meeting 11.1.1996) Actual professional charges, cost of return flights (business class) and accommodation arising from the engagement will be directly to the Inspection Body.
5. Assessors contracted by Standards Malaysia to perform assessments overseas Actual professional charges, cost of return flights (business class) and accommodation arising from the engagement will be directly to the Inspection Body.
6. Appeal fee RM 1,500.00
Note: n* - No. of field applied for / no. of fields accredited
 
** - Application fee is non-refundable. An application is considered lapsed if the applicant failed to obtain accreditation within two years from the date of acceptance application.
